Sub-processors

Arsel engages the third parties below to help deliver the Service. Each one processes personal data only on our documented instructions and under a written agreement that obliges it to protect that data. This page is referenced by Section 4 of our Privacy Policy and is updated whenever a sub-processor is added or removed.

Card numbers are entered directly into the payment provider's own hosted form and are never stored on Arsel systems.

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity run only on our public marketing website at https://arsel.sa. They are not loaded inside the signed-in application, and they do not receive your contact lists, campaign content or engagement data.
Changes to this list
We review this list whenever we change a vendor. If you have a written agreement with us that requires advance notice of new sub-processors, we will provide that notice on the terms of that agreement. Questions about a sub-processor, or objections to one, can be sent to support@arsel.sa.
